Sunday, June 12th....
It has been a pretty good day today. It started off a little bit tough as George and my Momma headed back to Kentucky this morning. We are now here all alone! But I have felt a sense of peace today and know that it is all going to work out okay.
We didn't go anyplace today, George and Christena have been on their computers, watched a little t.v. and Christena spends much of her time doing i.v.'s and treatments. Her doctor informed her that she has to do four chest therapies daily and that it was of most importance. Being the compliant patient that she is, she has done as told!
Tonight we had supper and then had game time. Played some cards and talked about our time here in St. Louis.
Alot of people knew today would be hard on us so we have heard from lots of special people today. Beverly called this morning, along with Lisa, Joetta, Peg and Brenda. It meant so much to hear from people from home. We know just how blessed we are by the thoughtfulness of our friends and family.
